Rachel Foux Profile
Rachel is a fully qualified sex and relationship therapist, educator and
author. Over the last fifteen years she has touched the lives of many people
with her empathy and passion for intimate relationships and sex education.
Rachel¹s belief that informative and positive sex and relationship resources
can lead to more fulfilling relationships, initiated the formation of the
British Association of Sexual Educators, for which she is currently an active member of
the executive committee.
Rachel is an experienced and stimulating public speaker and specialist on
the subject of sex and relationships in pregnancy and early parenting years.
She is the author of New Mums Guide to Sex and Pregnant Sex and is Director
of Household Companion Ltd. Rachel is a regular contributor to the media
and as chair of the charity Come Together UK, she presides over the training
of front line practitioners.
Rachel welcomes personal contact from prospective clients or professional referral and is currently
available for both individual or couple sex and relationship coaching in
