Most of us experience sexual problems at some point in our lives. It could be a problem that you've had for a long time or it might be something that has developed after a previously good sex life.
If you¹re over 18 and find that you've had a sexual problem for more than three months, sex coaching could be the help that you need.
Sex coaching can help to overcome difficulties in obtaining or maintaining intimate relationships and offers both individuals and couples an opportunity to explore feelings about sex or sexual orientation.
Sex coaching explores both the physical and emotional aspects of any problem. For example, some sexual problems are physical, resulting from disability or illness, whereas other difficulties are psychological, rooted in sexual trauma or caused by relationship difficulties.
Rachel has particular expertise in working with individuals and couples with sub fertility, pregnancy sexual health issues or birth trauma. She welcomes personal referral from obstetricians, midwives or physiotherapists.
Other sexual issues may include general sexual difficulties in a relationship such as lack of communication between couples, to specific sexual problems such as erectile or ejaculation difficulties, painful or impossible intercourse, low libido or sexual health concerns.
